Update: Together, we raised $1,000 (a new record!) for animal care at Turtle Pond Wildlife Centre! Thanks SO much to Frubar Juicery for hosting the event. Thank you to all of the dedicated volunteers who made it happen. Thank you to the wonderful individual bakers who donated baking, and to the local businesses who donated as well including Gluten Free Galore, Lovely Little Sweets, Gloria’s Restaurant, Pinchman’s, and The BUSY V. And thank you to Gloria from Turtle Pond Wildlife Centre for being there and talking to our patrons about your passion for wildlife rehab! On behalf of our wildlife, thank you!

Come out for a tasty treat and support a great cause!
Proceeds from the Vegan Bake Sale will support animal care at Turtle Pond Wildlife Centre – a new not-for-profit wildlife rehabilitation facility in Val Caron that specializes in injured turtles, birds, and small mammals!
Break out those oven mitts, we’re looking for volunteer vegan bakers to contribute! E-mail us for details!
Our thanks to Frubar Juicery for their support in providing the venue for our sale!
In an effort to cut down on the amount of waste from the event, and maximize the amount we can give to the wildlife centre, we encourage you to bring your own containers to the bake sale to carry your goodies home in if possible. The Earth thanks you!
